• Product Condition: The product must be in perfect condition, with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.

  • A detailed reason for the return

  • Photos or a video if necessary

• You will receive a return authorization number and our warehouse address.

• Please use a tracked mail service; we are not responsible for lost packages.

Return Information:

• Returns are at the customer's expense.

• No restocking fees will be charged to the customer.

• The return address will be provided when the customer requests it.

Refund:

• After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

• You will receive a confirmation of your refund by email.
